Felix Directs

Murray The Cop is sick of self-righteous Felix, who pompously denounces movies. He challenges him to do better. Felix makes a documentary of Oscar, entitled Mondo Filth. Oscar brings a film producer to see the film and the producer offers Felix a directing job which becomes way over his head.
