Mr. Monk and the Bad Girlfriend

When a real estate agent is shot dead while giving a house tour, Monk and Natalie find that all of the evidence points to Captain Stottlemeyer's girlfriend Linda Fusco (Sharon Lawrence). There's just one problem: 20 minutes before the murder, Linda was talking to Stottlemeyer from a webcam at her house.
