With his left arm, Chad overpowers Gantenbainne, and allows him to live. However, Chad is confronted by the Espada Nnoitora Gilga, and after Chad fruitlessly attacks Nnoitora with his left arm, Nnoitora defeats and seriously wounds Chad with a single attack.
