The Lone Wolf Returns

Max Logan, Middville's high school bad boy, has been gone for ten years. He left after graduation on the back of a motorcycle and no one has seen or heard from him since. While gone he worked his way up the ranks until he owned his own construction company. Now he's ready to come back and claim the woman he ran away from ten years ago.

Fiona Kildare has had her heart broken enough times to know it's better off locked away. Her first love, Max took off without even saying good-bye, then she married a jerk who thought that the marriage license was an excuse to use her as a punching bag. Divorcing him, after clocking him one with a frying pan, Fiona moves back to Middville to take care of her late parents' run down bed and breakfast. The last thing she needs is Max to come storming back into her life, looking to pick up where he left off ten years ago. She's learned a lot in those years, the hard way, and she knows better than to let the loner back into her heart.
