Luther, still plagued by Zoe's death, faces a serial killer wearing a Punch mask who wishes to emulate London Folklore figure Spring-heeled Jack, and Luther tries to rescue an old acquaintance's daughter from the dangerous world of drugs, pornography, and prostitution.
